Welcome to Elite Speakers ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at www.elitespeakersprogram.com (the "Site"), enrolling in our programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Elite Speakers offers specialized training programs and coaching designed to help individuals improve their public speaking skills. Our programs focus on practical techniques, personalized feedback, and skill integration in a supportive environment.
Our services are educational and focus on skill development. They are not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
Our programs are designed to provide foundational knowledge, core techniques (covering content, voice, body language), and strategies to manage nervousness, enabling participants to approach public speaking with more confidence. While many participants experience significant growth and positive career impacts, individual results vary based on effort, starting point, and external factors. We do not guarantee specific career advancement, job promotions, or other specific life outcomes as a result of completing our program.
Program enrollment is completed through our Site. Available classes and spots are listed on the Site. Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Elite Speakers.
Program costs are listed on the specific class pages on our Site. We accept major credit cards and PayPal through our secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). For group rates or corporate training packages (available upon request by contacting support@elitespeakersprogram.com), alternative payment methods may be arranged. We do not currently offer payment plans for individual enrollments.
Invoices for completed orders are available for download within your user account on the Site under "My Orders."
Promotional codes can be applied during the checkout process. We may offer discounts for students, teachers, military personnel, and non-profit employees; please contact support@elitespeakersprogram.com to inquire about eligibility and availability before enrolling.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Our core programs consist of five in-person sessions, typically lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes each, often held weekly. Session locations are specified on the program page accessible via your account. While we aim for consistency, session locations may occasionally change to nearby venues; notification of any change will be provided via email and text message (if opted-in).
We strongly encourage attendance at all sessions to maximize benefit from the progressive learning structure. Sessions build upon each other and are not recorded. We cannot offer refunds or guarantee substitution slots for missed sessions.
Instructors may suggest optional preparation exercises. You will need a phone or computer during sessions for questionnaires. Other materials, like pens and 1-page session cheatsheets, are provided. Parking is not provided; refreshments are generally not provided, and participants are encouraged to bring their own water.
We strive to create a supportive, judgment-free, interactive learning environment with expert coaching and peer collaboration. Participants are expected to contribute positively to this environment.
Private coaching sessions are available separately for an additional fee. Please contact support@elitespeakersprogram.com for details.
Participants who complete the program requirements will receive a certificate of completion.
All content on this Site and provided as part of the program, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials (e.g., cheatsheets, platform videos), website design, and software, is the property of Elite Speakers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and program materials (including the Elite Speakers online platform) for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes related to the program. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, derivative use, data mining, or commercial exploitation of our content.
Access to the online platform materials associated with your program is intended to be available for as long as the Elite Speakers website and platform remain active ("lifetime access"), but we do not guarantee perpetual availability.
You retain ownership of the original content you create during program exercises, such as speeches you write and deliver. By participating, you grant Elite Speakers a limited right to use recordings or transcriptions of your practice speeches delivered during sessions solely for internal educational purposes (e.g., providing feedback), unless separate permission is sought and granted for other uses (e.g., testimonials).
You may not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Scraping, data mining, or any other form of collecting information from this website through automated means (including robots, crawlers, or similar technologies) is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (username, password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By enrolling or providing your contact information, you agree to receive essential communications from us regarding program logistics and your account via email. You may also opt-in to receive marketing communications or SMS messages, subject to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We may invite you to provide feedback or a testimonial upon program completion. If you agree to make your review public, we may feature it on our Site or marketing materials with your permission.
The Site and program content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that information provided will be complete, reliable, or current. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
